Timmy Conway is both a statesman and a writer.  In a political career spanning more than 30 years, he has served three terms in the Irish Senate and two terms as the Mayor of Omaha's sister city in Ireland, Naas, County Kildare.  As a writer, he has published six poetry collections and three novels.  Please join us for an afternoon of storytelling, evocative poetry, and prose.   Sunday, March 15, at 2:00pm College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS), Room 101.  This event is presented by University of Nebraska - Omaha Department of English, the Omaha Irish Cultural Center, and the Irish American Cultural Institute.
