Max Sparber is teaching an introduction to the Irish language. Irish for Americans is a course that looks at the history of the Irish language, how it is used in Ireland today and how it is used in the US. Students will learn the five words every Irish American should know along with words used to describe family, for holidays, to describe Irish culture and even the language for drinking.
